So with confidence, we offer you a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.You must contact us via email within two weeks of receiving the goods to register your product in order to qualify for our warranty, please send an email to info@honeyplaybox.eu with your full name, order number, shipping address, and a short video of the malfunction to qualify for a warranty replacement. Please note that the warranty does NOT cover water damage to items. Please note that the warranty only applies to the products and does NOT cover accessories such as charging cables or earphones.
