No refunds by any mean unless the product is deemed to be defective. In this case, customers can have the choice of a refund or replacement.
Please check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item or issue a refund to you as per your request.
Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
