Is the packaging discrete ?

Your privacy is extremely important to us and our discreet packaging enables you to shop with Honey Play Box in complete confidence. With completely plain packaging, you will be the only person excited about what's inside. Return shipping on the label will read 'UC Global Trade'.

When will I receive my package ?

Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving. Most orders will be delivered within 5 days of shipment, but be aware that this can vary depending on country. You can always check the status of your order by checking your confirmation email.
Honey Play Box uses express services from USPS or FedEx for most deliveries. Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.

How do I track my order ?

An order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been verified. With this confirmation you will find an order number. If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase or need help tracking it, please contact Info@honeyplaybox.eu, quoting your order number.

How to return or exchange my product ?

Due to the Pandemic, at this time we do not accept returns for products, but you may return to sender and receive a store credit to be used with our website. Please note: We cannot accept returns for store credit on any items that have been opened. Items that were purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or refund. If the item is defective please email us pictures of proof so we can proceed.

How do I turn my toy on/off ?

All toys come with an instruction pamphlet. Most toys you hold down the power button for 3 – 5 seconds until it lights up and then push the power button once more to start cycling through patterns or intensities. For turning the toy off you hold down for 3 seconds. Toys that come with a remote use the same steps. Please note that remotes are automatically synced to the toy.
